Sermon Title: Part 4: How to Shepherd a Flock

Summary:  Addressing fellow elders, Peter reveals the role of church leaders is to shepherd the flock of God and oversee the spiritual health of the people.  Men are motivated to serve as shepherds and serve well because of the appearing of the chief Shepherd—Jesus Christ.  The key to shepherding a flock well lies in the relationship between the shepherd and the sheep.  This relationship must be characterized by humility toward one another.
