Summary:  During times of war and conflict, letter writing is often a morale booster and our only connection with home.  In Revelation 2-3, we find Letters from the Lord that show us that heaven in involved, direction is provided and the victory is won.  During times of hardship, the church must not retreat in fear, but rather advance in faith.
