Sermon: More Than Bread Alone
Summary: In his temptation by Satan in Matthew 4, Jesus makes clear that we need more than physical bread to really live.  To really live, you don't just need what goes in your mouth, but what comes out of God's mouth.  Study and meditation upon God's word is crucial for spiritual health.  When it is neglected, the strain of life will cause our inner selves to collapse.  Studying God's word in community can give greater insight and feed your soul with deeper understanding. This sermon is abbreviated in length to accommodate a survey administered to the congregation by the Adult Education Committee.
