Summary: Perhaps the biggest thing that prevents personal progress in our lives is that we feel like we are victims of circumstance.  But to make the journey of progress, I must personally take the first steps.  Rather than worrying about what others are doing (or not doing), I can only control what I am personally doing to contribute to God’s cause.  Am I willing to personally take the next step?
