Sermon: (Part 5) Moving Beyond the Manna

Summary: Fathers have the responsibility to help train children to navigate life.  Dads have to learn to release their children to ride a bike without training wheels, drive a car on their own, build a fire, or shoot a gun.  In matters of faith, fathers must help train every new generation to make the personal commitment to be God's covenant people.  At some point, children must learn to move beyond the manna and eat the fruit of the land.  Releasing our children to have their own faith can be a frightening thing, but it is essential for every generation to make the decision to cross over.
