Summary: How do we become people after God's own heart?  In this series, we are surveying the book of 1 Samuel to discover the type of heart God desires. In Part 7, we see the courageous heart of David as he confronts the Philistine warrior Goliath.  But David points us to his future descendant who will be the anointed king who would do for us what we cannot do for ourselves.
